Respect for Staff and Guests

Treat all staff members and fellow guests with courtesy and respect. Abusive, demeaning, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Intoxication Policy

Guests showing signs of intoxication will not be served. Please drink responsibly to ensure your safety and the safety of others.

Compliance with Staff Instructions

Follow any directions or requests from our staff, including requests to quiet down or move to another area. This helps maintain a pleasant atmosphere for everyone.

Zero Tolerance for Harassment or Discrimination

Any form of harassment, including sexual harassment, towards staff or other guests is strictly prohibited. We also have a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of unlawful discrimination. Our staff members are here to provide a great experience, and our staff and guests must be treated with respect.

Responsible Enjoyment

Enjoy our wines and facilities responsibly. Reckless behavior, including excessive noise or disturbance, can negatively impact the experience of others.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service and ask any guest to leave the premises if they fail to comply with this Code of Conduct. Our goal is to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
