Wine Club Terms & Conditions
Our wine club requires a minimum commitment of four shipments and will automatically renew until you choose to cancel. Requests to cancel must be made in writing before the next billing cycle to club@brickbarnwineestate.com. We are unable to make changes to your wines or refund your wines after they have been billed. Early cancellations will incur a charge of $75 fee. Returned and rerouted orders will incur a $20 fee in addition to the cost of re-shipping, and all club levels must pay standard re-shipping rates. We do not ship to: AK,AR,DE,HI,MD,MO,MS,NJ,RI,SC,SD,TN,UT,VT,WV
By becoming a member, you certify that you are at least 21 years of age and authorize Brick Barn Wine Estate to charge the credit card on file and ship wine to the address provided. Members who do not select their wines will be processed for the featured wine release. Welcome Bonus Points are for new members who have not held a membership in the past six months as of 1.1.25.
